What do we really know about Jehovah?

i started making a list of what we really know about jehovah from the bible.

see if you can add to the list.. 1. likes to take afternoon walks, especially when it's breezy.. 2. likes the smell of roasting animals.. 3. likes dancing and singing but doesn't necessarily dance and sing himself.. 4. can write a little bit, though only with one finger.

usually gets humans to write for him instead.. 5. seems to like cheap magic tricks, like talking donkeys and magic burning bushes.. 6. always resorts to violence to solve problems instead of dialogue or diplomacy.. 7. he can reproduce asexually.. 8. he likes to be called father and he has sons, but his "wife" is a group of sexless spirits, who are also his sons.. any more??.

Is all about withholding of information from others to remain superior to them..does not want humans equal to him anymore than Bill Gates wants laptops to become his equal or surpass him.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of withholding information?

for such behavior the spy was rewarded with the promise of eternal damnation.

I have narrowed down my search of major problems facing us and our society...and I have found this to be the biggest culprit.

It is also what kicked off our existance according to the bible. God was accused of withholding useful, good information from His creation to remain superior to them...by a spy..or someone who knew what was really going on? For such behavior the spy was rewarded with the promise of eternal damnation. What was the intentions and reasons of the spy for doing so? (all we can do is guess though)

Point is...It is an example that our leaders follow down to this very day..information is bought and sold....

This causes the people without to remain dependant on those who do.........which becomes a double edge sword as they must do everything for these dependants..and have little time for themselves and their families. (no rest) it also creates a problem for the dependants..as they cannot deal with their own problems...and if those who can are too busy..they are screwed and forced to try to deal with it on their own...if they make a mistake in the process....their absent saviors then become their prosecuters and punishers.

This seems to be the major issue and argument....and to the best of my knowledge we have never experimented with the total sharing of information and the pursuit of true equality ASAP in any type of study. So we do not know for sure if the spy was correct..or his master basically....we just blindly blame the spy for all the bad things that happen to us....without any evidence. And all hell is going to break loose if we ever experiment and find that spy to be correct..and our real savior.

I find it odd...that Jesus was also against the withholding of information..and also wanted everyone to share information freely......Jesus and Satan had very little to argue about on this point. They were both strongly against authorities withholding knowledge and information from their flocks...and both spys, revealing authorities wrongdoings in front of those being wronged. (dangerous self-destructive work I might add)

The experiment would be easy to conduct.....could even be done in prison in an controlled environment. Have the Warden train all the guards with everything he knows ASAP..so much that he could leave his post and go home, and a guard could do his job..no problem while he was gone. if that works well....start training the convicts until they can run the prison themselves and all the authorities can then go home and be with their families....knowing that the prison will be fine and the independant prisoners can take care of themselves and each other. (Like what we are supposed to be doing in Iraq remember.) ( and in reality failure for us shouldd it ever actually happen)

Any additional thoughts or flaws in my obeservation I may have missed?

Is belief in God just "wishful thinking"?

when i was a jw i didn't question the existence of god.

there was no doubt that jehovah or god was real.

occasionally though, i did have doubts.

I hope not....as we suck at governing and ruling ourselves.

Think of this...when we study animals, science, physics, astronomy, and philosphy..we are studying the creator/engineer of these things....for what reason?

Everytime we discover something..we become smarter and one step closer to being equal to the being who invented these things.....if it was a big bang...we are trying to learn and become equal to a big bang..

We now know for certain He or the big bang designed our planet our definition of "round". Now why?

We are guessing, and constantly searching...in doing so...I dare think that could actually be "worshipping" the creator of these things too..

Should all of our questions be answered without searching......what would be the point of living further?

it seems to me that a large majority of jw's believe that this is god's organization because they read all those experiences that are related in the watchtower mags and in the yearbooks, and then conclude that those could not have taken place without divine intervention.

not to mention all of the experiences that are related at assembly programs and district conventions.

are the experiences true?

Anytime people are convinced to ignore other information pertaining to a decision they are getting ready to make...they are being fooled into thinking they are free and making an informed decision..when really they are not.

The CIA makes the presidents decisions...when they brief him and provide intelligence to him....He acts on their findings and advice unless it interferes with his own adgenda and plans. He has to..He does not hear any other information..but theirs.

Is a guess presented as a fact a lie?

today i have realized (once more) how the watchtower shit cult has ruined my life!

today i am really pissed off at them...... i'm writing this hoping that two groups of people read this.

either some watchtower people that monitor this site or people that think to join this crap!.

You do have the ability to have alot of interesting conversations on micro tape of what is going on high up...to be released to those being led by these people at a time of your choosing...keep that in mind.

While it may be unadmissible in a court of law to secretly tape privite conversations......in the US you can play them to anyone you choose to share them with....even an entire congo.......

Pretty cool when you think about it....revenge and helping/freeing people at the same time.

I sometimes consider myself a agent who works for the people or customer base.....cause when you get down to brass tacks.....they are the boss of your boss...only he has forgotton that. And I am sure he would not appreciate his boss reminding him of that by firing him when you tell on him.

if this is true...and the truth can be found if we search hard enough.... is that the same as saying we are able to find out god's thoughts and plans if we keep trying?.

how so when we cannot even totally know another humans thoughts and plans unless they decide to share them?.

lets say we did find something...how would we even know for sure it was right and not just another guess?.

On this subject..all we really have is questions and guesses...with the subject having and holding all the answers..while we sit down here and argue and kill one another over who is right and wrong in their guesses...

Why is this information being withheld..is it for power and superiority over us? Or is it to protect the freedom we have from our ignorance?

If this information was suddenly released to everyone for free...what would be the results?

been going through my head lately....if you try to prevent them from doing what they want...they see you as the enemy...but are you?.

if you take away their freedom to do so.....are they no longer free?

will they hate you...or thank you when they come to their senses?.

Does anyone have any faith in our chosen leaders to turn things around and figure out a way to bring about peace on earth...at the expense of the rich and powerful people who profit from our many problems and we depend on to "fight" them for us and protect us?

Are they going to allow anyone to succeed in making them and their services obsolete? Or are they going to do whatever is nessesary for our problems and their jobs to continue?

Decisions made always are made to whatever course benefits the person(s) making the decisions...and "right" to them is what ever puts the most money in their pockets. The long term effects are ignored and even covered up to the majority who will be affected the most by them.

Is this the makings of a bright and happy future...and peace on earth?

Or self-destructive behavior?

Trust and faith is in the wrong hands folks......

We are on a crash course..even if the radio is blaring...and the bridge is not out yet......least that is what I see.

i think i remember hearing that they were trying to phase this teaching out.
